Waldinger has an opportunity for a qualified Controls Programmer in our St Joseph Office.

Job Summary

Assists engineers with control solutions for design build work. Prepares cost estimates and design sketches, and supports installation drawing preparation. Monitors progress of installations and performs startup of control solutions.

Responsibilities

• Budgets: Prepares conceptual controls budgets from engineer's design concepts.
• Design: Creates control design/layout/sketches for control work from engineer's drawings. Assists in the completion of field installation drawings.
• Installation: Creates control program and graphics. Monitors field installation for accurateness and timelines and supervises control system startup.
• Warranty Calls: Manages warranty calls and vendor updates.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of controls programming experience
• Associate's degreeor Technical Training Program Completion
• Occasional Travel
