Role Overview

Position Purpose

We are seeking an operationally minded, Private Equity-savvy Interim CFO for a $500M+ sponsor-backed Healthcare Technology company. Operating at the intersection of complex enterprise healthcare delivery and cutting-edge software solutions, our business requires a financial leader who can protect the investment thesis while accelerating operational performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a masterful command of software/SaaS KPIs, an understanding of PE-style reporting rhythms, and the institutional maturity required to manage a half-billion-dollar plus size business.

• A primary objective during this transitional chapter will be partnering deeply with our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization to build rigorous pipeline reporting and bulletproof revenue forecasting models. This will ensure maximum visibility into future quarters for management and our private equity sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sponsor Communications: Serve as the primary financial liaison to the Private Equity board and operating partners. Deliver transparent, high-velocity financial reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
• Investment Thesis Execution: Align all financial and operational strategies with the sponsor's value-creation plan, focusing heavily on EBITDA optimization, cash flow generation, and capital efficiency.

Required Experience

• Scale: Minimum of 3–5 years of CFO experience in companies generating $500M to $1B+ in annual revenue.
• PE Experience: Proven track record of success as a seated CFO in a Private Equity-backed portfolio company. Direct experience managing leverage, debt covenants, and sponsor relationships is mandatory.
• Sector Expertise: Deep, verifiable experience in Healthcare Technology, HealthTech SaaS, or Tech-Enabled Healthcare Services.
• GTM Intersect: A proven track record of successfully embedding finance teams into an enterprise sales organization to build pipeline models.
• Interim Background: Previous experience successfully executing interim or transitional CFO assignments is highly preferred
