About Teamatical
Teamatical is a software platform that enables custom, on demand apparel for leading brands, retailers, organizations and manufacturers. Our design work sits at the intersection of apparel construction and graphic pattern creation, integrated directly to manufacturing. As our enterprise partners grow, we are adding a Boca Raton-based Graphic Designer to be the named design owner for enterprise programs.
About the Role
As a designer for us, you combine knowledge of how physical and digital apparel products are built with a deep understanding of printing and manufacturing, advanced command of graphic design tools, and the ability to work closely with brand representatives and manufacturing plants.
You will also be the domestic design point of contact for our customers. Today, design onboarding and UAT (user acceptance testing) are handled by our Bangkok Design as a Service (DaaS) team. You will partner with them daily and take on the customer-facing, time-sensitive work that benefits from US business hours, while they continue to own core Design as a Service production.
Key Responsibilities
Artwork and print development: Design original graphics, patterns, all-over prints (AOP), typography, and branding elements (logos, crests, and badges) for apparel.
Tech packs and brand guides: Work from technical spec sheets and style guides, accounting for product structure, fabrics, branding requirements, and the printing and decoration methods used across different products.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with partner teams, developers, pattern makers, product managers, production, and colorists to make sure prototypes, strike-offs, and samples meet standards for color accuracy, scale, and print quality before mass production.
Uniform personalization: Create artwork that strictly follows the brief and any league guidelines, including glyph heights, outline allowances in text and player numbers, and complex graphics on main panels.
Customer designer onboarding: Own the onboarding path for new customer-side designers, including tooling access, brand and spec walkthroughs, and first-deliverable review.
UAT ownership: Serve as the accountable owner for design UAT across enterprise programs by defining acceptance criteria, running sign-off sessions, and maintaining a defect and feedback log.
Domestic support: Provide real-time, US business hours coverage for design questions and escalations.
Design as a Service (DaaS) liaison: Partner daily with our Bangkok DaaS team to translate customer requirements, review work in progress, and flag quality or spec issues before they reach the client.
Enterprise project ownership: Act as the named design owner on high-priority enterprise accounts, keeping design milestones on track alongside commercial and operational milestones.
