AI Operations & Growth Lead at Niuro

Niuro is hiring an AI Operations & Growth Lead to join our own team. You will build AI systems and agents that run operations, own delivery for US clients and help accounts grow, measuring everything by KPIs.

You will

• Build, deploy and improve AI systems, agents and workflow automations.
• Analyze processes, find bottlenecks and improve efficiency, quality and throughput.
• Own client delivery, SLAs, issue resolution and communication with US clients.
• Track KPIs, measure impact and prioritize by business outcomes.
• Spot account growth opportunities and make commercially sound recommendations.
• Build feedback loops and keep iterating.

You bring

• 3-5 years in AI operations, automation, engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI systems and agents.
• Workflow automation and process optimization.
• Systems thinking and bottleneck analysis.
• Client delivery, SLA management and client communication.
• Commercial judgment and KPI-driven prioritization.
• C1 English.

Nice to have: Custom agent skills and harnesses, agent orchestration, MCP/API integrations, AI evaluations.

Contract: full-time, fully remote, monthly contract in USD.
