Job Description:
This role combines independent feature ownership across the tech stack with rigorous engineering standards.

What you'd actually be doing
1. End-to-End Ticket Ownership (Primary Focus): Own tickets from problem understanding all the way to feature shipping, ensuring a tight, reliable engineering process that delivers value to major brands.
2. Full-Stack Feature Building: Build, scale, and maintain features across both the frontend and backend stack.
3. Debugging & Optimization: Debug and optimize production systems to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and speed.
4. Collaboration & Adaptation: Collaborate closely with product and design teams while continuously learning and adapting to evolving technology stacks.

What good looks likeBy Outcome
30 days: Quick ramp-up on the codebase, active ownership of initial tickets, and adherence to reliable engineering workflows.
60 days: Consistent shipping of full-stack features, proactive debugging of production environments, and tight cross-functional collaboration with product and design.
90 days: Autonomous end-to-end delivery of complex features, performance optimizations in production, and seamless adaptation to the evolving tech stack.

What we're looking for
Required:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building end-to-end B2B products is mandatory, with critical product-based startup experience.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, ReactJS/NextJS, SQL & NoSQL databases, and AWS/GCP—all mandatory.

Preferred:

• Direct background in fast-paced product-based startups building scalable B2B infrastructure.
