The Director of Information Technology is responsible for leading the strategy, architecture, development, and operational support of Marucci’s ERP ecosystem, eCommerce platforms, enterprise applications, and IT infrastructure. This role combines executive-level technical leadership, organizational management, and business partnership to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions that support organizational objectives and enhance customer and user experience.Job DutiesDefine and own enterprise technology strategy across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure. This includes planning and management of the overall IT Portfolio including product roadmaps.Lead and develop established IT teams including applications, ERP, and infrastructure/operationsOversee full lifecycle of ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, and applicationsManage major project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment for projects from beginning to endEnsure system reliability, performance, and scalabilityManage integrations including ERP, EDI, and external platformsEstablish governance, standards, and security practicesDrive modernization, cloud transformation, and digital initiativesManage vendors, partners, and technology budgetsPrioritize and deliver a portfolio of IT initiativesServe as the primary leader liaison between business and ITEnsure security and regulatory alignment with our defined IT General Controls and compliance with Audit requestsEstablish KPIs for service delivery and system performanceStay current with emerging technologiesRequirements/SkillsStrong enterprise architecture knowledge across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructureExperience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)Experience with ecommerce platforms and integrationsExpertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), infrastructure, and securityStrong SDLC and development methodology knowledgeProven leadership of multi-disciplinary teamsStrong financial and vendor management capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldMaster’s degree preferred15+ years of progressive IT experienceExperience leading ERP implementations and integrationsExperience managing ecommerce and application teamsExperience overseeing infrastructure and operationsTrack record delivering complex enterprise initiativesStrong stakeholder and executive engagement experiencePhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
