Serve as the primary client-facing leader for the Salesforce program.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, business sponsors, technology leaders, and key stakeholders.
Lead executive governance meetings, steering committee meetings, program reviews, and business reviews.
Provide clear and proactive communication on program status, risks, dependencies, financials, priorities, and key decisions.
Manage difficult conversations, negotiations, conflicts, escalations, and expectation management.

Work closely with Salesforce Architects and Technical Leads to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, implementation methodology, release management, integrations, security, and deployment lifecycle.
