About Landeed
Landeed is a Y Combinator-backed startup. We help people get their land and property documents without going to government offices again and again. Our field team does this work on the ground, and it is a very important part of our company.

About the job
You will work in your own city or district. Every day you will visit Sub-Registrar Offices, other government offices and vendors to collect or submit property documents. Your team lead will plan your route for you each morning. Your job is to finish every task correctly and send clear proof.

Your daily work

• Check your route for the day on the app
• Visit Sub-Registrar Offices, government offices and vendors on your route
• Collect, submit or check documents as given in the task
• Take clear photos of documents, receipts and acknowledgements
• Upload the proof on the app the same day
• If any work is stuck or delayed, inform your team lead quickly
• Keep a good relationship with office staff and vendors

Who can apply

• 12th pass or above. Graduates are also welcome.
• Freshers can apply. Training will be given.
• Anyone from any state in India can apply
• Must speak your local language well. Basic Hindi or English is helpful.
• Must have a smartphone and know how to use apps like WhatsApp and the camera
• Should be on time, honest and careful with documents
• Should be okay with field work the whole day
• Experience in delivery, courier, field sales or documentation work is a plus

Nearest metro station is Raidurg (Blue Line). From there, take an auto to the office. It takes about 10 minutes.
If you are coming by train or bus to Secunderabad, Nampally or MGBS, take the metro to Ameerpet, change to the Blue Line and get down at Raidurg.
