  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and civil design software.
  • Demonstrated experience with site grading, roadway design, drainage, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
  • Working knowledge of AASHTO roadway design standards.
  • Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for engineering calculations and data analysis.
  • Ability to interpret topographic surveys, construction drawings, and engineering specifications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple technical assignments and work effectively with other engineering professionals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.

  • Experience developing engineering calculation tools using Excel formulas, AutoLISP, or other automation methods.
  • Experience managing junior engineers, civil designers, or drafting personnel.
  • Familiarity with Arizona land development standards and permitting processes.
  • Experience preparing engineering proposals and coordinating directly with clients.

Compensation and Benefits
