About the Role

• We're looking for a hands-on Cloud-Native Platform Engineer – SRE who enjoys building, automating, and securing reliable infrastructure.
• You'll work closely with our backend and platform engineering teams to build Kubernetes-based infrastructure, automate deployments, improve system reliability, and support deployments across public cloud and private-cloud environments.
• We're looking for someone who takes ownership, troubleshoots independently, and enjoys building systems rather than just maintaining them.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private-cloud environments.
• Deploy and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, and GKE.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or equivalent IaC tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and production health checks.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and improve reliability.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Implement infrastructure security practices, including IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and workload isolation.
• Develop repeatable deployment workflows for cloud and self-hosted environments.

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, networking, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, alerting, and production troubleshooting.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Understanding of cloud security fundamentals, IAM, RBAC, and secrets management.
• Willingness to work with private-cloud and self-hosted deployments.
• Good to have: Helm, GitOps, Argo CD, Flux, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes security, and air-gapped deployments.
