Looking for Independent Commission-Only Sales Representatives for a Quantitative Research Business (Worldwide)

I am preparing to launch Sundown Quant, a small quantitative research business specializing in trading strategy backtesting, optimization, robustness testing and validation.

I am looking for independent sales representatives who can help us acquire clients internationally. Our potential clients include individual retail traders, proprietary trading firms, investment professionals and other businesses involved in financial markets.

The arrangement is strictly commission-based:

No salary, hourly pay or retainer.
Commission paid only on successfully closed and collected business.
Representatives are expected to source their own leads and manage the sales process.
Technical discussions and research-specific questions can be handled directly by us.
Non-exclusive arrangement with no fixed working hours.
Regions of interest:

North America, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, mainland China, UAE/Gulf countries and other international markets. Russian-speaking representatives are also welcome, subject to applicable restrictions on the clients and markets served.

An existing network of traders, trading firms or financial professionals would be a significant advantage.

Commission rates are negotiable depending on experience, industry connections and the ability to independently acquire clients.
