Type: Full-Time Internship / Junior Role
Industry: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition / IT & Non-IT Services
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy, and communicative Recruiter Intern / Junior Recruiter to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be at the heart of our talent engine—helping us discover, connect with, and bring on board top-tier talent.
If you are passionate about people, love networking on digital platforms, and want hands-on mentorship in end-to-end recruitment within Pune’s fast-paced corporate/startup ecosystem, this is your launchpad.
Key Responsibilities
• Candidate Sourcing: Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), employee referrals, and specialized networking channels.
• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening calls, and evaluate candidates against skill matrices and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly between candidates, hiring managers, and panel members.
• Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates—providing timely updates, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth recruitment journey.
• Database & Tracker Management: Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records, and recruitment metric dashboards.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-joining formalities, document collection, and new-hire orientation coordination.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Current students or recent graduates are welcome).
• Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination (prior internship or placement-cell experience is a strong plus).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; confident interacting with candidates at all levels.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of ATS platforms or job boards.
• Organizational Ability: High attention to detail, time-management prowess, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
• Real-World Exposure: End-to-end involvement in real hiring cycles rather than just shadow work.
• Mentorship: Direct guidance from experienced HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Growth Path: Clear performance-based conversion opportunities from intern status to a full-time role.
