About AISTHETIC OS. AISTHETIC OS is the AI creative operating system for creatives. One platform replaces a stack of separate tools: fashion and product imagery, films with sound, music, websites, presentations, bulk campaign production and a strategy agent that reads competitors' ads. Agencies and brand teams use it to produce more creative, faster, with one shared token wallet across the team.
The role. We are building a small founding group of independent sales partners who already sell to marketing, creative and brand leaders. You bring AOS into the conversations you are already having, run the demo, and we handle contracts, onboarding and support. You also help us build and test the scripts that convert, so every partner sells from a playbook proven in real conversations. You set your own schedule and keep selling the other products you represent.
What you will sell
• Institutional contracts, starting with a paid 30-day pilot
• Enterprise team seats with pooled token wallets
• AISTHETIC ONE and OS plans for studios and growing teams
What you will do
• Open doors with strong-fit clients
• Run live demos from your own AOS workspace
• Help build and test outreach, call and demo scripts: note which version you used, how it landed, and share what converts
• Register and manage your deals in our CRM
• Bring us in on larger deals; we join the call
You are a fit if you have
• 3+ years selling software, creative services or production to marketing, agency or brand teams
• An active network in educational institutions, agencies, fashion, beauty, DTC or entertainment
• Comfort running a product demo and closing without a script
• A habit of testing and sharpening your pitch, not just repeating it
• Experience with creative tools, DAM or martech tools is a strong plus
Compensation. This is a commission-only role with no base pay.
• 20% of all revenue we collect from your accounts in their first year
• 5% of collected revenue in year two while the account stays active
• When your customer prepays the year, you receive your full year-one commission within 30 days of payment
• Commission is uncapped and paid as each customer payment clears
Example: close one $4,000/month account each month and you earn about $62,400 in your first year, with about $9,600 a month in recurring commission by month 12.
