What We're Looking For

Strong software development skills with a solid portfolio or track record
Fluent English — both written and spoken — with clear, confident communication
Availability to work US timezone hours (significant overlap required)
Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable in a remote team
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

Hiring Process

We've kept the process straightforward and respectful of your time:

Intro interview with the hiring manager — a conversation to get to know you, assess English communication, and walk you through the company and the role.
Technical interview — a focused session to explore your engineering skills and problem-solving approach.
Final round with the engineering team — meet the people you'd work with day-to-day, followed by a decision.
