We're looking for passionate AI Engineers who enjoy working with large language models, experimenting with emerging technologies, and improving production AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Explore our GitHub repository and understand the existing AI architecture.
• Review CodeMind's AI features and identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement improvements to AI accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Optimize prompts, LLM integrations, and AI workflows.
• Improve hallucination detection, response quality, and model evaluation.
• Experiment with RAG, AI agents, and intelligent recommendation systems.
• Collaborate through GitHub pull requests and technical discussions.
• Research new AI technologies and recommend practical improvements.

Requirements

• Strong Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience with prompt engineering and generative AI applications.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, debugging, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• AI agents and multi-step workflows.
• Vector databases and semantic search.
• FastAPI, TypeScript, or Next.js.
• Experience building and deploying AI applications.
