Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically motivated Graduate Engineering Trainees (GETs) to join our engineering and operations teams. The selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to agricultural machinery, automation, mechanical/electrical systems, product installation, testing, troubleshooting, and field operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates who are passionate about technology, machinery, automation, robotics, and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist senior engineers in product development, testing, installation, and commissioning.
• Support assembly, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of agricultural machinery and automated systems.
• Understand mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation components used in FarmRobo products.
• Assist in product testing and quality checks.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and identify technical issues in machinery.
• Support field installation, demonstrations, servicing, and customer training.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Service, and Sales teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, service reports, checklists, and records.
• Collect field-level technical feedback and communicate issues to the engineering team.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes.
• Travel to customer/farm locations as required for installation, service, testing, and demonstrations.
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and agricultural applications.

Required Skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electronics systems.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Willingness to work hands-on with machinery and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings/manuals.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in field environments.
• Willingness to travel based on business requirements.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any of the following disciplines:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Agricultural Engineering
• Other relevant engineering disciplines

Experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, machinery, automation, robotics, or a related field will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Passionate about agricultural technology, automation, robotics, and machinery.
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
• Ready to travel to farms, customer locations, and project sites.
• Practical, hands-on approach to engineering problems.
• Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Candidates with project/internship experience in robotics, automation, machinery, embedded systems, or mechanical projects will be preferred.
