Position Overview:
We seek a motivated Junior Service Engineer to support our cutting-edge agricultural robotics products. This role involves installation, maintenance, and customer support for our autonomous farming solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission robots and agricultural implements at customer locations.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), functional checks, and field readiness verification.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, wiring, battery, motor, sensor, and control-related issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and warranty service.
• Conduct field demonstrations, machine testing, and validation activities.
• Provide operator training on robot operation, safety, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Record service activities, test observations, failures, spare-parts usage, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, Testing, Sales, and other teams for issue resolution.
• Support software/application testing, RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) system checks, communication checks, and field trials.
• Maintain service reports, job cards, issue trackers, and customer service history.

Requirements
Essential:
• 0–3 years of experience in service, maintenance, technical support, robotics, EVs, agricultural machinery, or a related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech in in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to customer locations
• Ability to work in outdoor agricultural and field conditions.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory; four-wheeler licence is preferred.

Preferred:
• Basic to good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Understanding of DC motors, batteries, motor controllers, sensors, relays, fuses, converters, switches, and wiring.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Basic understanding of CAN (Controller Area Network), communication wiring, GPS/RTK systems, and automation is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, and mobile applications
• Local language proficiency
