Description

Your Role

This position focuses on business needs and processes including but not limited to POS marketing, calendars, communication, legal, video and other special projects as needed.

Your Impact

  • Responsible for providing artwork for all Marketing for all international stores

  • Brief Creative team on sign needs

  • Leads creative approvals for all marketing – design, copy, etc. - utilizing proper partners

  • Oversee creation of sign libraries and tracking of other marketing materials for stores in AdTrax as necessary

  • Manages global calendar to track all artwork approvals, release dates, and production to ensure timely delivery of marketing or marketing assets to partners.

  • Track and upload all in-store videos; collaborate with creative on INTL unique needs

  • Administrator to online marketing and creative hub

  • Evolves marketing standards and processes as new stores and partners are added to scope

  • Lead process of qualifying international printers for franchise partners

  • Collaborates with the domestic Creative and Marketing Operations team on new developments for asset management and makes recommendations to Int’l implementation

  • Create and distribute Int’l Marketing & Production calendars internally and externally to partners.

  • Strong understanding of store layouts and visual & marketing strategies for international stores to anticipate and understand marketing needs

  • Own VSI Weekly communicatons in relation to marketing and creative updates.

  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Meetings to provide information and take notes for distribution.

  • Participates in all US Floorset Pre-Production meetings, final floorset meetings, and creative download meeting. Responsible for timely communication of actions/outcomes.

  • Attend the US floorset walkthroughs /bring back insights/actions to the International brand team.

  • Support edits/updates to Brand Guide based on International strategy.

  • Own partner contact lists for marketing/creative/visual teams.

  • Travels to markets to learn, teach and support partners and incorporate learning into future work

Minimum Salary: $67,700.00

Maximum Salary: $88,830.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 3-5 years retail Marketing experience
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Positive, cooperative with a “can do” attitude
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and change agility; Solutions-oriented
  • Tools: experience with MAC and Acrobrat a must
