Senior AI Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer to design and build AI-powered customer engagement and personalization solutions for the banking and financial services sector. In this role, you will leverage Customer 360 data, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents to develop cutting-edge chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated customer service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solutions & Automation: Design AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and customer service automation tools using GenAI and CDPs.
• Data Integration & Personalization: Build customer intelligence platforms featuring identity resolution, advanced segmentation, and data activation.
• LLM & RAG Architectures: Integrate LLMs with CRM and marketing systems; build RAG applications using structured and unstructured customer data.
• Development & Optimization: Develop Python-based APIs and microservices while optimizing prompts and model performance.
• Governance & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure solutions that comply with data privacy and Responsible AI standards.
