*Role Description *

The Software Engineer Growth role is a full-time remote position focused on building and optimizing products, features, and systems that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. This role involves designing and implementing back-end services and APIs that support growth experiments, data-driven decision-making, and scalable integrations with partner platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, data, and marketing teams to ideate and test growth initiatives, writing clean and maintainable code, reviewing peer code, and improving system performance and reliability. The individual will also help instrument analytics, monitor key growth metrics, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design. Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in building and maintaining production systems.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integration.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns. Experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar), and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Comfort working with experiment frameworks, analytics tools, or growth-focused tooling is a plus. Ability to collaborate in cross-functional remote teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of projects from design to deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in telecom, connectivity, or API-driven platforms is beneficial but not required.
