GAO Group & Aperture Venture Studio are seeking Master’s & PhD students for a 3–6 month AI & IoT Research Internship.
Join our R&D team and contribute to Physical AI, AIoT, IoT, AI/ML, intelligent sensing, Edge AI, connected systems, and emerging technologies through research, experiments, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.

Research Areas

1. IoT & Intelligent Connected Systems
2. Edge Computing & Edge AI
3. AI/ML for IoT
4. Intelligent Sensing & Sensor Fusion
5. Digital Twins & Cyber-Physical Systems
6. Robotics & Physical AI
7. Industrial IoT & Smart Infrastructure

What You’ll Work On

1. AI/IoT research, experiments & literature reviews
2. Emerging technology research and applications
3. Prototypes and proof-of-concept systems
4. Sensors, connected devices & edge/cloud platforms
5. AI/ML applications for IoT-generated data
6. Technical documentation and research reports
7. Practical and commercial applications
8. Collaboration with researchers and engineers

Who Should Apply?

1:Pursuing or Completed Master’s from relevant STEM and technical fields such as Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, AI/ML, IoT, Robotics, Embedded Systems, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related disciplines.

2:Pursuing or Completed PhD from any academic or research background are welcome if their research, expertise, or interests can contribute to AI, IoT, emerging technology, industrial, scientific, or interdisciplinary research.

3:Relevant coursework, research, projects, publications, laboratory work, or technical experience is encouraged. Experience in every listed technology is not required.
