This is 100% onsite work position based in Tallahassee,FL.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Certifications
Current Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture and implementation
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert; Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate; Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (or closely related current certifications).
Required Experience
12+ years of recent experience designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ Dataverse, including Case Management in GCC or equivalent regulated environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) and Dataverse schema design, security, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage), SharePoint Online, and external systems via REST/OData.
- Demonstrated ALM using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines) and solution‑based deployment between environments.
- Proven application security and governance in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, including role‑based access, field‑level security, auditing, and DLP policies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer.
Preferred Experience
Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications designation at the vendor level (or equivalent Microsoft partner certification).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert; Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate; Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (or closely related current certifications).
- Experience operating in Government Community Cloud (GCC) with awareness of FedRAMP and CJIS considerations.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern UX practices.
- Experience with application and data security best practices across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
