IT Support Engineer

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT / Banking IT
• Experience in software migration will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CBS (Core Banking System), LMS (Loan Management System), and other banking applications
• Provide technical support to branches and resolve application-related issues
• Assist in software migration, data migration, testing, and implementation
• Coordinate with software vendors and branches during migration activities
• Monitor Day-End/Day-Start processes and daily IT operations
• Manage user access, system updates, and basic troubleshooting
• Prepare IT reports and coordinate with HO for timely issue resolution

Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Vendor coordination and follow-up
Working knowledge of banking software and migration processes
