About the job
- Looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Process Analysis, and Workflow Automation.
- Strong experience in Business Process Modeling, including documenting, mapping, and optimizing business processes.
- Experience facilitating and leading small collaborative workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and define process improvements.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Power Automate, including designing, building, and implementing enterprise-level automation solutions.
- Experience automating the generation of documents, portals, workflows, and business artifacts using information collected from various systems and forms.
- Strong Business Process Analysis skills with the ability to ensure processes are well-defined, organized, documented, and clearly communicated to stakeholders.
- The role will involve evaluating and improving existing processes and automations, while also contributing to future-state process design and automation initiatives from the ground up.
