Senior Software Engineer, Mobile

Location: Onshore/stateside (required)

Role Summary
A senior individual-contributor engineer building and maintaining the native iOS and Android apps. This person operates autonomously, taking features from design through delivery with minimal oversight. This role owns hands-on development across both native platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the native iOS (SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) applications.
2. Deliver features independently, from design through release.
3. Ensure quality, performance, and a strong patient experience across both platforms.
4. Take over operational support for the existing applications, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.
5. Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams as needed.

Required Qualifications

1. 10+ years of software engineering experience, operating autonomously at a senior level.
2. Native iOS development with Swift and native Android development with Kotlin.
3. Proven ability to own and deliver mobile features end-to-end.
4. Experience using AI as part of the SDLC, preferably Claude Code or Codex, to write, review, and ship code.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Familiarity with GCP and Azure environments.
2. Healthcare and clinical domain experience.
