Prediction Model Expert

As a Prediction Model Expert, you bring deep expertise in AI forecasting and software development, backed by a dissertation on prediction models or time series forecasting. You have hands-on experience with foundation models for forecasting, multi-modal prediction frameworks (can be across disciplines like medicine), cloud environments. You excel at building production-grade prediction engines that detect anomalies, forecast threats, and power proactive threat detection logic at compute scale.

You will be one of Haste's first senior AI researchers pioneering prediction models that anticipate stealthy threats across HPC clusters, AI and quantum workloads before they strike.

Key responsibilities:

• Predictive Model Development & Engineering: Designing, building, and deploying Machine Learning (ML) and Foundation models to forecast potential security breaches.
• Anomaly Detection & Behavior Analysis: Establishing “normal” baselines and flagging deviations that indicate malicious behaviour together with our security experts and research teams.
• Threat Intelligence & Forecasting: Analyzing historical data, threat intelligence feeds, to extract and predict future attack trends, emerging vulnerabilities, and malicious campaigns.
• Data Pipeline Construction: Managing the full lifecycle of data, including gathering, cleaning, and processing diverse data sources and familiarity with knowledge graph databases.
• Model Optimization & Maintenance: Continuously refining algorithms, hyperparameter tuning, and adapting models to combat “model drift” as attacker tactics evolve.
• Collaboration & Communication: Translating complex mathematical models into actionable insights, and producing research reports, white papers, or conference presentations.
