About the Role

Our client's Digital Services unit drives growth across OTT partnerships, subscription management, and digital charging platforms. We're looking for a Digital Solutions Specialist to support the CDO and IT Delivery teams — bridging business requirements and technical delivery across the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Integrate and optimize digital platforms within the Enterprise Architecture
Translate business requirements into technical specs; lead high-level and detailed solution design
Lead a team of developers; collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, technical leads, and global vendors
Troubleshoot complex issues; support testing, go-live, and incident reporting
Document system architecture, processes, and project requirements
Manage vendor relationships and ensure regulatory (ICASA/TCF) compliance

Required Skills & Experience
API/microservices knowledge; basic scripting (Perl, Python, SQL, Linux/Unix)
Strong SQL/database skills (Oracle preferred)
Solid networking/IP and OSI layer understanding
In-depth Auth0 / Single Sign-On experience
Systems analysis & design, with strong documentation skills
Telecom, VAS, or digital platform experience preferred
Advantageous: SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, cloud/virtualization exposure

Ideal Candidate
Someone comfortable at the intersection of business analysis, solution design, and technical delivery — able to translate between business stakeholders and engineers. Telecom/digital services background preferred; strong systems-analysis fundamentals considered.
