Overview:

• Core focus is supporting shared service center integration tasks, following project plans across functional finance teams, including P2P and month-end close processes
• ERP experience (Oracle, Workday, or similar) is helpful but not required, training will be provided
• Payment processing is more on the vendor-supplier side
• Their team help support integration tasks to bring on a supplier, enter the invoice, and then make the payment.
• It's an overview of knowing how it works at a High-level to be able to talk to those teams to work through integration points
• They have their own project management tools they follow with strict task plans along with SOP when handling the integrations
• Holding People Accountable (Following up within their service shared center, escalate things to the manager and being willing to question "hey is this complete?")
• Task Oriented over M&A Experience
• Industry background is flexible; but experience at larger companies with three-way match, requisitions, and POs is a strong advantage
• Critical thinking and the ability to question task completion are valued, which is why it was moved to a "manager" status.
