Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The candidate should have strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful data-driven insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
Basic/Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Data visualization and dashboard development
- Data cleaning and validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of databases and data warehousing
- Experience with business requirements and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of Python/Pandas for data analysis is preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Python, ETL concepts, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), data warehouse technologies, and experience working with large-scale datasets.
