Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
- Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Configure workflows, forms, and business processes.
- Develop scripts and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
- Support testing, deployment, and production activities.
