Role Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend services. Ensure application performance, security, quality, and responsiveness.

The engineer will build customer audience creation and activation capabilities that allow marketers, analysts, and business teams to segment customers, preview audiences, and activate campaigns across marketing channels.

The successful candidate will own both:

Frontend applications (React/Next.js)

Backend services and APIs (Python/Node.js)

while integrating with large-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Delta Lake, ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka/Event Hubs and AI-driven customer segmentation capabilities.
