Job Summary Power BI Developer

• Location: 4 days onsite in Boston, MA (local candidates only)
• Duration: 12+ months,
• Interview: Final round is face-to-face

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Build and enhance semantic models and DAX calculations
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end ETL processes
• Build and maintain data pipelines, primarily using dbt
• Prepare and stage data for reporting purposes
• Work extensively with Snowflake and S3 data environments
• Support and automate workflows using Power Automate
• Create operational, KPI, and internal reports
• Maintain documentation and resources for reporting solutions

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on Power BI development experience
• Expertise in semantic modeling and DAX
• Experience with ETL processes and data engineering
• Proficiency with dbt (or similar ETL tools), Snowflake, and S3
• Insurance domain experience (must have)
• Local to Boston, MA (must provide MA driver s license copy)
• Two professional references with LinkedIn profiles required
