6 to 12 Yrs experience ROLE SUMMARY This role is centered on close business engagement — a “business success management” style function — rather than solution architecture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid project/program management background, ideally managing BI, analytics, or IT delivery initiatives.

• Strong English communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging directly with business stakeholders and leadership.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/BI specifications (deep architecture ownership not required).

• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and managing dependencies (IT, development, data engineering).

• Comfortable growing into independent ownership of business stakeholder relationships and presentations.

• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance PM rigor with relationship management.
