Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud

Experience in database administration / excellent SQL

Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams

JavaScript / HTMLExperience in REST/SOAP web services

Experience in using SOAPUI, Postman

Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices

• Responsible for development of new Journeys, automations, queries on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support various lines of business
• Responsible for administration and support of applications build on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Responsible for day to day operation support of email functionality, including:
• configuration and environments support for various lines of business
• integration management / alerts monitoring
• email stats reporting for the business
• web certificate renewals
• email archiving
• user role configuration
• risk management.
