Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead catheter or implantable medical device development projects from concept through commercialization. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in medical device, biomedical, or high-technology industries.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, or PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Medical device product development and project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
