Computer Vision Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop computer vision applications for food technology, including ingredient, shape, size, and variant identification.
2. Build foundational AI models for autonomous cooking applications.
3. Create, manage, and enhance large-scale culinary datasets for model training.
4. Train, optimize, and deploy computer vision models on edge devices such as single-board computers.
5. Integrate computer vision with data from multiple sensors to improve model performance.
6. Analyze datasets to identify quality and quantity gaps and implement improvements.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation for models, datasets, and workflows.
8. Collaborate with computer vision engineers, AI engineers, and culinary experts to develop innovative solutions.

Who can apply?

1. Candidates with a strong technical background and a keen interest in computer vision, deep learning, and image processing.
2. Candidates proficient in Python; knowledge of C is an added advantage.
3. Candidates with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights.
4. Candidates who can analyze and optimize model performance for deployment on edge devices.
5. Candidates capable of designing and conducting experiments for hypothesis testing.
6. Candidates with research experience in computer vision will have an added advantage.
7. Candidates who have worked on unique computer vision problems involving data collection and dataset creation.
8. Candidates pursuing or holding higher qualifications such as M.Tech or above will have an added advantage.
