Python AI/ML Engineer

Experience: Mid Senior Level

Employment Type: W2 contract

Job Summary:

Softstandard Solutions is a consulting and staffing firm connecting technology professionals with leading client opportunities. We are seeking a Python AI/ML Engineer with mid senior level experience for potential client projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, MLOps, and Cloud technologies, with a proven ability to develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, train, deploy, and optimize ML/DL models using Python.
Build GenAI, LLM, RAG, NLP, and AI Agent solutions.
Develop AI/ML APIs and microservices using FastAPI/Flask.
Work with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and vector databases.
Deploy and manage AI/ML applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms.
Implement MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and production deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–6 years of hands-on experience in Python, AI/ML, and Machine Learning.
Strong knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Embeddings.
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex/Hugging Face.
Experience with Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, or pgvector.
Experience with FastAPI/Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and MLflow.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, AI Agents, model evaluation, and MLOps is a plus.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
