AI Video Editor

About the role

We’re looking for an AI Video Editor who can turn ideas, scripts, and rough concepts into high-quality, engaging videos using modern AI video tools.

This is a hands-on role in a startup environment. You’ll work on short-form and marketing content, experiment with new AI video workflows, and help us produce content faster without compromising on quality.

You should be someone who understands visual storytelling, has a good sense of pacing and creativity, and is comfortable experimenting with new AI tools.

What you’ll do
Create short-form and long-form video content using AI-first workflows
Convert scripts, ideas, and concepts into engaging videos
Work with AI avatars, generated footage, animations, voiceovers, and visual effects
Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product content, and other business needs
Experiment with new AI video generation and editing tools
Maintain consistency in quality, branding, pacing, and visual style
Collaborate with the marketing and growth team on video concepts and campaigns
Quickly iterate based on feedback and performance
Find better and faster ways to create high-quality video content using AI
Tools you should be familiar with

You should have hands-on experience with tools such as:

HeyGen
Higgsfield
Kling
Runway
Google Flow
Claude
ChatGPT

You do not need to be an expert in every tool, but you should be comfortable exploring AI tools and learning new ones quickly.

What we’re looking for
Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills
Good understanding of pacing, composition, transitions, sound, and storytelling
Hands-on experience creating content with AI video tools
Strong familiarity with generative AI and current AI content workflows
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good creative judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work quickly in a startup environment
Willingness to experiment and try unconventional approaches
Education

B.Tech preferred.

A strong portfolio or demonstrated ability to create high-quality AI-generated video content can be more important than formal education.
