About the Role:
Job Title: Construction Project Manager 4
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.'
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Construction Project Management - 5+ years managing commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects, including cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
- Construction Scheduling & Project Controls - 3+ years utilizing scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Project, or equivalent), milestone tracking, critical path analysis, and project reporting.
- Technical Construction Expertise - 3+ years working with electrical, mechanical, mission-critical, or infrastructure systems, including design reviews, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field execution.
Desired Qualifications:
- Work on Client rapidly growing data center and AI infrastructure projects.
- Directly influence delivery of mission-critical facilities that power global cloud services.
- Exposure to complex electrical, mechanical, and commissioning activities.
Collaborate with industry-leading contractors, vendors, and teams.

Salary Range:The salary?for this position is between$150,000 - $160,000 annually.? Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
