BDR Cold Caller – Healthcare

• High-volume, phone-first outbound sales role focused on healthcare
• Make 500+ outbound dials per day using power/double dialing
• Prospect physician groups, medical practices, and healthcare organizations
• Speak with physicians, executives, practice administrators, directors, and other decision-makers
• Navigate gatekeepers and identify key stakeholders
• Deliver clear, concise value propositions
• Qualify prospects and book meetings directly onto client calendars
• Handle objections confidently and adapt beyond the script
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activity
• Consistently hit activity and meeting KPIs

Ideal Candidate

• Previous BDR, SDR, cold calling, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience
• Healthcare sales/prospecting experience strongly preferred
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and rejection
• Strong objection handling and active listening
• Competitive, coachable, disciplined, and accountable
• Reliable internet and professional remote work setup

Success = qualified conversations and booked meetings, not just dial volume.
