This position is for a highly skilled and hands on Full Stack .NET Developer to drive the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise scale banking applications.

About the Role

You will possess deep technical expertise in .NET, C#, React JS and Microsoft SQL Server, along with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise scale banking applications.
• Remain actively involved in architecture, design, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring development teams.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross functional teams.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in .NET, C#, React JS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience within the Banking and Financial Services domain is essential.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions in Agile environments.
• Practical knowledge of AI Prompt Engineering and AI assisted software development.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Kafka and Flowable BPM is highly preferred.
