Job Description
Job Title : Senior Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Engineer (SPFx)
Position Overview
Help modernize and optimize an enterprise Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environment by designing scalable intranet solutions, improving governance and security, enhancing user experience, and automating business processes. This role combines SharePoint administration, SPFx development, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 collaboration to deliver modern workplace solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, administer, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, subsites, and site collections
- Configure and manage hubs, libraries, lists, permissions, and security groups
- Administer Entra ID permissions and advanced SharePoint security settings
- Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx
- Create and maintain Power Automate workflows and automation
- Improve site layouts, navigation, content structure, and user experience
- Perform permission audits and site cleanup activities
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration documentation
- Monitor platform usage and implement SharePoint roadmap enhancements
- Collaborate with business units to improve functionality and operational efficiency
- Provide end-user support and SharePoint functionality training
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting SharePoint Online (Office 365), Microsoft 365 hybrid infrastructure, Microsoft Windows platform, advanced permissions, and Entra ID
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- 5+ years of experience in front-end design, UI, and UX
- 5+ years implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and developing technical runbooks
- 5+ years creating and maintaining Power Automate workflows and configurations
- Understanding of SharePoint Online best practices and technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (years of experience may substitute)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data governance and governance frameworks
- Knowledge of data policy and policy documentation
- Advanced understanding of business processes
- Strong PowerShell knowledge
- Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Power Platform certifications
