Technical Project Manager / CoE Lead – MSP & SIAM

We are looking for an experienced CoE Lead / SIAM / Managed Services professional to help build and establish a new Center of Excellence (CoE) for MSP Excellence within a global technology organization.

Location: Coppell, TX – Hybrid

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and establish the CoE operating model and governance structure

• Develop SIAM standards, playbooks, SOPs, templates, and checklists

• Establish governance standards for a multi-provider managed services environment

• Conduct MSP governance maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps

• Design and deliver training and enablement programs

• Develop onboarding materials for new providers and team members

• Manage stakeholder collaboration and facilitate governance sessions

• Document processes and ensure a smooth knowledge transfer to the permanent team

🔹 Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years of consulting or enterprise technology/services experience

• Strong experience with CoE design and operating model development

• Hands-on SIAM / Service Integration & Management experience

• Experience with MSP / Managed Services / Multi-Vendor environments

• Strong governance, standards, and playbook development experience

• Training, facilitation, and enablement experience

• Experience conducting maturity assessments and developing roadmaps

• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills

• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred: ITIL, PMP, or equivalent certification
