About the job
Who We Are
We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.
Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.
What We’ll Need

- Manage initiatives from initial planning through launch, in-market monitoring, and end-of-program inventory disposition
- Identify potential supply gaps for promotions and limited time offers, excess inventory, obsolescence, and other execution risks; develop mitigation plans with internal and external partners
- Create allocation and deployment recommendations across distribution centers and restaurants for all promotions and limited time offers
- Build and maintain advanced reporting, forecasting tools, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical resources
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, evaluate forecast accuracy, and translate findings into clear business actions
- Serve as a key supply chain partner on cross-functional project teams supporting innovation, promotions, and company initiatives
- Develop leadership-ready materials that communicate complex supply chain information through concise insights and data-driven storytelling
- Improve forecasting, reporting, and project-management processes through greater standardization, automation, and data visibility
- Support ad hoc supply chain analyses and strategic business requests as needed
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain, foodservice distribution, restaurant supply chain, or related operations.

- Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing large datasets
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Ability to anticipate risks, identify solutions, and drive issues to resolution

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Understanding of generative AI platforms and their practical applications in forecasting, analysis, reporting, and presentation development
