About the role
A Project Manager at Meroo keeps everything moving on time and on track. You'll own the execution side, breaking down initiatives into clear timelines, coordinating across teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Where a Product Manager decides what gets built and why, you're the one making sure it actually gets delivered, on schedule and without chaos. Part of the job is anticipating where things could go sideways before they do, keeping stakeholders aligned, and adjusting plans in real time when priorities shift. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and marketing, so clear communication matters as much as strong organization. While you'll be embedded in the client's day-to-day operations, you're hired and employed directly by Meroo.
Key responsibilities
Break down initiatives into clear timelines and actionable plans
Coordinate across engineering, design, and marketing to keep work moving
Anticipate risks and blockers before they derail delivery
Keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout each project
Adjust plans in real time when priorities or scope shift
Track progress and flag delays early, not after the fact
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks between teams
About you
4+ years in project management
English at a B2 level or above
Used to working remotely with a distributed team
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without losing track of details
Clear, direct communicator who can keep people aligned without needing to chase them
Comfortable adapting plans quickly when priorities change
Experience with Jira, Asana, Linear, or Monday
Experience with Notion or Confluence
Experience with Slack
Experience with Google Sheets or similar reporting tools
