Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy, performance campaigns, budget allocation, and conversion optimization across digital platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and re-targeting channels). You will work closely with the design, content, product, and sales teams to drive high-intent leads, user sign-ups, and revenue growth with optimum CAC and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and affiliate/third-party ad networks.
Define and manage daily/monthly acquisition budgets to maximize lead volume and ROI/ROAS.
Build multi-stage customer funnels across top-of-funnel (awareness/brand preference) to bottom-of-funnel (conversions/enrollments).
2. Performance Tracking & Data Analytics
Monitor key performance metrics daily, including CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, LTV, and Retention.
Set up tracking, conversion events, and custom attribution models using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Facebook Pixel, and MMPs/CRMs.
Deliver regular performance reports, standard dashboards, and actionable insights to leadership.
3. Creative & Landing Page Optimization
Work closely with copywriters and visual designers to iterate on ad creatives (graphics, UGC video ads, ad copy, lead hooks).
Collaborate with product/web teams to design, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages (A/B testing page flows, forms, and value propositions).
4. Growth Experimentation
Formulate and execute hypothesis-driven growth experiments across ad formats, audience segmentations, bidding strategies, and landing page designs.
Segment target audiences by educational background, career goals, demographic profiles, and intent behavior.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2 - 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / growth marketing, preferably in EdTech, Higher Education, or B2C SaaS.
Technical Mastery:
Deep proficiency in Google Ads Manager (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and web analytics tools.
Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, LeadSquared, Zoho) and lead attribution models.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional numerical, analytical, and Excel skills with a passion for turning raw data into strategic growth insights.
Creative Eye: Strong understanding of consumer psychology, copywriting principles, and high-performing ad creative dynamics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate performance trends clearly to internal stakeholders.
