At CreateBytes, we're looking for a proactive and communication-driven Business Development Intern to join our team in Jaipur.This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development. You'll work on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, building relationships, and creating opportunities for business growth.If you're confident speaking to new people, curious about how businesses grow, and ready to learn by doing, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll work on
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, businesses, and decision-makers.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate conversations through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Client Engagement: Understand prospect requirements and communicate relevant business offerings.
Lead Qualification: Identify potential opportunities and assess their suitability for the business.
Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with prospects and move conversations forward.
Pipeline Management: Keep lead databases, outreach records, and follow-up schedules updated.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support outreach strategies and business development goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach activities, lead progress, and conversions against assigned targets.

What we're looking for
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in speaking with new people and initiating conversations.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
Persistence and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
Good follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or business development is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
