• Maintain a warm, engaging, and family-friendly environment for all incoming clients and guests.
• Manage front-desk scheduling, check-ins, client intake, and phone inquiries seamlessly.
• Drive sales conversion and client retention through proactive engagement and product expertise.
• Maintain operational flexibility to support dynamic scheduling needs, including weekends or rotating
• shifts.
• Oversee front-office inventory, appointment management, and facility aesthetics.
