Virtual assistant intern

This is an internship role for a Virtual Assistant at EjemoTech. The Virtual Assistant will support daily administrative tasks, including managing email communication, scheduling meetings, and maintaining digital records related to clients and projects. The role involves updating spreadsheets and documents, assisting with basic online research, and helping prepare simple reports or summaries for internal use. The Virtual Assistant may also assist with social media updates, organize files, and coordinate with team members to keep operations running smoothly. Interns are expected to work reliably within agreed hours, communicate clearly, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, including clear email etiquette and professional messaging
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (word processing, spreadsheets, online calendars) and comfort working in a digital environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document formatting, and record keeping
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic online research techniques is beneficial
• Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistance is an advantage but not required for motivated learners
