Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise laptop refresh and deployment initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while coordinating closely with IT operations, service desk, information security, asset management, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT deployment and refresh projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage project schedules, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate device deployment logistics, scheduling, resource assignments, and rollout activities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, vendors, and end users.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, change requests, and project artifacts.
• Drive process improvements and ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience leading hardware deployment, device refresh, or enterprise rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, PMBOK, Agile methodologies, Change Management, and IT Operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple vendors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale statewide or enterprise IT initiatives.
• Experience managing deployments involving 800+ devices.
• Background working within highly regulated environments.
• Experience with large-scale endpoint, desktop, or laptop refresh programs.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP
• CSM
• ITIL
